We are so glad you have chosen the Village of Pinckney as your new home.
A few important things:
WHAT DAY IS TRASH PICKUP DAY? As a village, we have hired Granger Waste Services to handle our trash pick up. They begin trash pickup at 7am on Wednesdays. Please have your trash ready at the curb on Tuesday evening. Each resident is entitled to one large brown rolling cart for general bagged trash, and one yellow lidded recycle cart. If you do not have both of these at your new home, please call the Clerk's office and we can make sure you get them. As a village resident, you are entitled to one large item pickup per week, but you must schedule, either by calling Granger directly at 1-888-947-264 or the Village Clerk's Office at 734-878-6206 ext 109.

UTILITY BILLING: Each residence receives a quarterly utility bill from the village. It includes trash pickup, seasonal brush pickup, seasonal leaf pickup, and may include water and sewer fees (if your home has these services). Village utility bills go out quarterly: in January, April, July, and October.
